Registered / pre‑qualified firms with a proven track record in transformer manufacturing/reclaiming and WAPDA/PEPCO specifications compliance are eligible to participate. How to obtain documents & submit: Tender documents can be obtained from E‑PADS/PPRA website and www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids should be submitted through E‑PADS; manual bids may also be submitted to the office of the undersigned.
Key conditions:
- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date.
- Bid guarantee/CDR: Must accompany the bid and be valid for 150 days; amount required is Rs. 640,000.
- Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/Government of Pakistan.
- Conditional tenders or tenders without bid guarantee will not be accepted.
- GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
