Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids (single stage two-envelope) for long-term commercial leasing of multiple railway-owned sites for mixed commercial development (commercial plazas/markaz, IT park, hospital/healthcare, showrooms, food & retail outlets, etc.). Eligible bidders include commercial/property developers, real estate developers, construction companies/JV firms, consultants/architect firms; individuals only with written Letter of Understanding/Authorization from listed development companies.
Key terms:
- Period of lease: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years).
- Annual increase in rent: 8% compound.
- Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession.
- Commitment fee (one-time, non‑refundable) and advance payment of first-year annual rent by the successful bidder are payable within 30 days of issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI).
