Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals from qualified independent transaction advisor firms for legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding the amalgamation of OPP Greens, OPP Town and Urban Enclave.
RFPs will be submitted through the OPF e-procurement portal (EPDAs v2.0); electronic bids only. Deadline for e-submission: 2026-07-28 12:00 PM with bid opening the same day at 12:30 PM.
