The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for the supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses, operations support, migration services and related capacity building under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) and Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The contract covers management of HEC's centralized Microsoft 365 tenants (serving 200+ institutions), tenant-to-tenant migrations, provisioning of EES licenses, and delivery of ETA training activities.
