The Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi invites bids on EP/PPRA system for maintenance & rehabilitation (M&R) schemes and requests quotations for equipment for the current Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system. Bids must be submitted on the EP system. Performance security, earnest money and other conditions apply as per PPRA rules.
Key submission details: Submit bids on the PPRA EP system by 24-09-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day, 24-09-2026 at 02:00 PM, in the office of the District Council, Rawalpindi. All bidders must follow PPRA rules; incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be accepted. Performance security of 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited within 15 days of issuance of work order. Tender notice uploaded on PPRA website.
