The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders for catering services on a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure through the E-PADS system for meetings, conferences and seminars in Islamabad for Parliamentarians, Employees, Media Persons and other visitors.
