Tender: Construction & Solarization of OWSS and DWSS Rehabilitation — PHE Division Mohmand

The Public Health Engineering Division Mohmand, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (single stage single envelope) for construction and solarization of new OWSS including gravity-based schemes and rehabilitation/construction of DWSS in District Mohmand (ADP Nos. 187/195177 (2025-27) and 188/200103 (2026-27)).

Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-27; opening is scheduled on the same date at 12:00 PM. Bidding documents may be downloaded from www.ebidding.phedkp.gov.pk up to one day before opening. Earnest money of 2% of the engineer estimate (call deposit) is required, a non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of estimated cost (CDR) must be submitted, and additional security rules apply for bids more than 10% below the engineer estimate (8% additional bid security). Bidders must be registered and active for tax with KPPRA and follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa tendering rules.
