Tender: Supply of Feed Mill Ingredients & Animal Feed Stuff — LR&D Station Surezai, Peshawar (FY 2026-27)

The Office of the Principal Research Officer / Station Director, Livestock Research & Development Station Surezai, Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-bids through EPADS for the supply of feed mill ingredients and animal feed stuff (Wheat straw, Silage, Green Fodder, Rhodes Grass & Sugar Beet pulp) under the regular budget for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers; KPRA registration is not mandatory for goods under Rule 37(A).

Key dates and requirements: Pre-bid meeting on 2026-07-21 at 11:00; tender submission closing 2026-07-29 at 09:00 and technical bid opening 2026-07-29 at 10:00. Security (CDR): PKR 0.2 million for feed ingredients and PKR 0.1 million for animal feed stuff. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the original CDR must reach the LR&D Station office before the closing time. Approved rates will remain effective until 2027-06-30; successful bidders will sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper.
