PESCO E-Bid: Consultancy for Independent Technical Vetting (Tender P55085)

Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids for hiring a consultancy firm to perform independent technical vetting of estimates, proposals, designs and works of PD (C&O) and Chief Engineer (P&E), including deposit works, ELR, DOP and other electrical works (HT/LT as applicable). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 and be accompanied by a bid security (call deposit or bank guarantee) in favor of CEO PESCO. The original bid security with a covering letter must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO HQ, Shami Road, Peshawar; manual submissions will not be accepted.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per PPRA rules.
