Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. Open public auction of designated hotel plots across Islamabad held on 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 AM.

Prime benefits and payment terms:

• 1-year flexible payment plan with an easy and convenient schedule.
• Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank corresponding to the remaining amount).
• Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
• 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
• Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.

Special facilitation for overseas investors: CDA will facilitate issuance of auction tokens at least one day before the auction date. Payments may be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.

CDA note: An independent approach road shall be made available for all hotels and all necessary facilitation will be provided by CDA.
