Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bidders to an open auction of hotel plots in Islamabad on 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 am.
Prime benefits and payment terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan, possession upon 75% payment (subject to valid bank guarantee), plan approval after 25% deposit, 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days, and an additional 5% rebate for full payment in USD. Special facilitation is available for overseas investors. Payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
