University of Rasul Tender Notice — IT Equipment, Data Center, PBX, CCTV & Furniture (Closing 2015-10-13)

University of Rasul invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities, Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST), and having applicable professional tax and valid experience. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents are available on the University website and the PPRA/Procurement Punjab portals. Bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal and a scanned copy of the bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid.

Deadline for submission: 2015-10-13 by 11:00 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM). Submission method: e-Procurement Punjab portal (http://www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents also available at University website (www.uor.edu.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

Other important notes:

- Bid security must be submitted through the e-Procurement portal and a scanned copy attached with the Technical Bid.
- Technical and financial bids must be prepared in conformity with the instructions in the tender documents and uploaded via the e-Procurement system.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to be present.
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
