SIFC Tender for Catering Services in Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders (single-stage, two-envelope bidding through E-PADS) from reputed firms/vendors for catering services to cater Parliamentarians, employees, media persons and other visitors for meetings, conferences and seminars in Islamabad.

Key requirements: firms must submit a company profile demonstrating relevant experience, number of staff and their skills, client list and a sound financial track record. Only firms operating from Islamabad Municipal Corporation area with proper production and distribution facilities will be considered. Tender documents (including list of menu items and draft contract) are uploaded on E-PADS and available via www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk.

Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) in the form of a bank draft in favour of Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad. The earnest money must be provided before the closing date; no tender will be entertained without earnest money.
