Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) — a body under the Ministry of IT & Telecom — invites applications for multiple contractual positions to support PSDP Project “GDPR-Driven ISo Compliance & IT Export Enhancement Program”. | Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an institute/university recognized by HEC. | About 8 years post-qualification experience in finance/accounts: processing bills, payables/receivables, reconciliation, financial reporting, funds & cash flow planning, financial projections, due diligence, taxation and sales tax. International certification preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in HR, Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Management or Capacity Development projects. Preference for candidates with PSDP/ADP/GoP/donor-funded project experience. |
| Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Statistics / Social Sciences / Computer Sciences / IT / Project Management. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project management and monitoring & evaluation; at least 3 years working on PSDP projects preferred. |
