Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications for the position of Project Director for the PSDP-funded Turbat City Development Project / Master Plan. The appointment will be on contract basis in line with PIP appointment policy.

| Minimum Education | 16 years of education with specialization from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following: BE/BS in Engineering (with PEC registration) OR Project Management / Public Policy / relevant social sciences OR MBA/MPA or a 4-year BS in Economics or related field |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of professional experience in urban/rural planning, infrastructure development, project management and implementation. Knowledge of Government of Pakistan project planning/management procedures required. Prior experience as project director in public sector in Balochistan is an advantage. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 62 years (as of date of appointment) |

Selection & other conditions: Selection will follow the Project Director Appointment Policy notified by the P&D Department, Government of Balochistan. Government employees must apply through proper channel and produce NOC from their department at interview. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA admissible.
