IT certification (CISA / CISSP / ISO27001 / GDPR) preferred. | Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies. Experience with PSDP, ADP or donor-funded projects preferred. |
| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an institute/university recognized by HEC. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification finance experience: handling accounts, bills, payroll, receivables, complex financial transactions, fund reconciliation, cash flow projections, financial analysis and tax matters. International certification preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT. | Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in project/program support, project implementation, capacity development or monitoring & evaluation. Experience on PSDP/ADP/donor-funded projects preferred. |
| Assistant Manager — Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT. | Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation and implementation. Experience of working on PSDP/ADP or donor-funded projects preferred. |
