Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Balochistan invites applications for engagement of Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs) on a contract basis to represent ANF in criminal matters before relevant courts in Quetta and at the Balochistan High Court / Supreme Court (Quetta Registry).
Positions, eligibility and experience:

Preference to candidates with substantial experience in criminal litigation and at least 5 years' practice before High Court. Experience in matters relating to Anti-Money Laundering, financial crimes, narcotics prosecution, and criminal trial work is preferred. |
| Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) | Balochistan High Court & Supreme Court of Pakistan (Quetta Registry) | Licensed Advocate of the High Court. Preference to candidates with experience appearing before the High Court/Supreme Court and with expertise in criminal litigation, Anti-Money Laundering Act cases, financial crimes, and related prosecutions. |
Terms & application process:
- Appointments will be made on a contract basis for the period and on the terms and conditions determined by ANF.
- Selected SPPs will be responsible for conducting and pursuing prosecutions and appearing before competent courts. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview or court appearances unless otherwise specified.
- Candidates must submit a duly completed application form with CV/Resume and attested copies of educational and professional qualifications, valid Bar Council Enrollment Certificate, experience certificates and a copy of CNIC.
