Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing). Purpose: Invitation of e-bids on a lot basis for a framework contract for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing & publication, hardware, IT equipment, furniture & fixtures, other store items, entertainment & gifts, and uniforms & protective clothing.
Eligibility & submission: Bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers, JVs if applicable) registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, etc.) may submit e-bids. E-bids must be submitted separately against each Lot; contracts will be awarded separately per Lot. E-bids will be received under the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Required e-Bid Security is specified per Lot in the table below.
