Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites applications from qualified, result-oriented and dynamic professionals for the following Islamabad-based contractual positions.

| Joint Director – Information Systems & Technology Division (IS&TD) (Islamabad) — 1 post | Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Professional-level certifications in Network and Cybersecurity are preferred. | Applicants must have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience related to Network Communication and IT Operations. Professional-level certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, NSE etc.) will be preferred. | Maximum age 45 years as on closing date for submission of applications. |
| Assistant Director – Listed and Unlisted Companies Supervision Department (Surveillance Division) (Islamabad) — 1 post | Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution; CA/ACCA/CMA qualifications desirable. | Applicants must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate regulation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, corporate governance, audit, accounting, capital markets, or related areas. For qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience. | Maximum age 35 years as on closing date for submission of applications. Candidates with at least 3 years’ experience working with a regulator may be given a relaxation of 5 years. |
| Assistant Director – Licensing Division (Islamabad) — 1 post | Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Law, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution; CA/ACCA/CMA qualifications desirable. | Applicants must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in regulatory bodies, financial institutions, capital market, insurance, NBFCs, corporate/legal affairs, regulatory compliance, licensing, or related areas. For qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience. | Maximum age 35 years as on closing date for submission of applications. Candidates with at least 3 years’ experience working with a regulator may be given a relaxation of 5 years. |
Appointment terms: Appointments will be made on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization of these positions after completion of three years, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed criteria.
