The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the provision of security services at SMEDA Head Office, Lahore. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and on SMEDA and PPRA websites.
Submit electronic bids via EPADS by 02:00 PM on 2026-07-23; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM. The procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration.
