SMEDA e-Bids for Security Services at Lahore Head Office (Tender SMEDA/OM-A&CS/047)

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites electronic bids for provision of security services at its Head Office in Lahore (Tender No. SMEDA/OM-A&CS/047). Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may obtain bidding documents and submit proposals via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk; documents are also available on www.smeda.org and www.ppra.gov.pk.

Submit electronic bids on EPADS by 02:00 PM on 2026-07-23; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM. Procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration.
