LESCO Invitation for Bids – Distribution Materials (Oct 2026)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites sealed e-bids through the E-PADs portal on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for the supply of distribution material, financed from LESCO's local funds. Delivery term: Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores (F.C.S.) at Regional Store Shalamar (Lahore), 132-KV Grid Station Wagon Sohail (Ferozewattwan) and Pattoki.

Bidding documents, detailed specifications (including drawings), procurement procedure, bid bond/security and performance guarantee requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria and other terms are available on the E-PADs portal and LESCO's website. Electronic bids must be uploaded on the E-PADs portal; only the Bid Bond/Guarantee must be submitted in hard copy to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO Head Office (address below) on or before the stated deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the advertised dates and times.

How to apply / submit bids:

- Download bidding documents and submit electronic bids via the E-PADs portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Documents are also available on LESCO's website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk).

- Submit/upload the electronic bid on E-PADs and deliver the Bid Bond/Guarantee in hard copy to:
