Pre-Qualification: Establishment of 100-Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura — PESSI

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors through the PPRA E-Procurement / Punjab E-PADS system for the establishment of a 100-bedded Social Security Hospital in Sheikhupura (Package-I).

Key conditions and application instructions:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and have valid PEC certification; contractors whose social security contributions are deposited regularly may participate.

- Contractors must register on the E-Procurement / Punjab E-PADS portal to obtain pre-qualification documents, which include evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, required technical staff and other supporting documents.

- All pre-qualification documents/profiles must be submitted online via the E-PADS website. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- The PPRA website publication will be used to calculate response time. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rule-35.
