Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for multiple contract positions for a PSDP-funded project. Vacancies include Project Manager (PPS-09), Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09), Project Officer (PPS-08) and Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08). Candidates must meet the specified educational and experience requirements as listed below.

Relevant certifications (CISA / CISSP / ISO27001 / GDPR) and prior PSDP/ADP/government project experience preferred. |
| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | 45 years | MBA Finance / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute | At least 8 years post-qualification finance experience handling accounts, bill processing, payables/receivables, reconciliations, donor-funded/commercial project finances and statutory requirements. Prior PSDP experience preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project implementation/oversight. Preference for candidates with experience on PSDP/ADP or similar government projects. |
| Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Business / Computer Sciences or related field | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project monitoring, evaluation and M&E systems. Experience with PSDP/ADP/PIU projects preferred. |
