Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) invites e-bids from eligible, registered bidders for the procurement of non-consultancy services. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADSv2.0) under Open Competitive Bidding with Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be applied where applicable.
