M.E.S. Tender Notice: Emergency Works at PAF Base Samungli – Sep 2026

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders under Tender Notice No. 4000-Advt/SMG/02/E-4 dated 01 Sep 2026 for emergency works in light of PPRRA Rule 42(c)(v) of 2004 for projects at a PAF base.

Key Submission & Eligibility Details

- Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted with original credentials as required. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient and relevant experience.

- Contractors must certify they are not involved in any litigation with government departments pending in any court and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Mandatory: Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A copy of PEC registration must be submitted. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Only contractors on MES approved lists in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.

- Contractors may be present at the opening of tenders. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules.

Deadlines & Contact

- Tender documents/applications must reach the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-09-21. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
