Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of South Punjab Authority.
Purpose: Invitation to bid for outsourcing of Solid Waste Management (SWM) services for Tehsil Faisalabad (Urban‑II areas) for a period of four years, extendable to another two years. Joint ventures eligible as per bidding documents. Single‑stage, two‑envelope bidding procedure; bids to be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement system.
