HEC Tender: Fencing Works at Khanaspur (Ayubia) – Tender No. 03/HEC/RE/2026-27

Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites sealed bids for fencing works at HEC Buildings, Khanaspur (Ayubia) under Tender No. 03/HEC/RE/2026-27. Bidders must be reputable firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and GST, hold valid PEC registration, and have completed at least one fencing/boundary wall project in the last five years.

Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 28 July 2026, 13:30; public opening will be at 14:00 the same day at Auditorium Block, HEC, H-9 Islamabad.
