MEPCO Tender: Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) – Bids Due 2026-09-21

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). MEPCO invites e-bids under Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended) for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) in accordance with PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026.

Key submission details: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Original bid security (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and title, to the Office of Director (Procurement), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan before the e-bid submission deadline. E-bids will be opened via EPADS 2.0 half an hour after the bid submission time. Interested bidders must register on EPADS 2.0 and submit their documents electronically.
