Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (Procurement) invites sealed e‑bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a Spam Protection Device with licenses for PTA employees. A Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be applied in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
