Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi invites eligible firms (registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List) to pre-qualify and submit bids for multiple procurement packages. Pre-qualification/tender documents shall be obtained via the PPRA website and the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal by the stated deadlines.
