Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). Purpose: Sealed online bids are invited for the procurement of various electrical materials and equipment for PMU PESCO for the 2026-27 procurement plan. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be used under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
Key submission details:
- Bidding platform: e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPDAS v2.0). Bidders must register on EPDAS and obtain bidding documents online.
- Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by the Bid Security amount specified in the bidding documents in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Original instruments (where required) must be delivered to the Office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PESCO before the closing date & time; failure to do so may render the bid non-responsive.
