Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites e-tenders (EPADS v2.0 Ref. No.: P50252) for repair and maintenance of split air-conditioners and other electronic equipment installed at HEC premises in H-8 and H-9, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted.
The procurement will follow a Least Cost Based method under PPRA Rule 36. E-bids must be submitted by 01:30pm on 2026-07-28. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of Director General Finance HEC is required. Interested vendors should register on EPADS v2.0 and obtain the detailed bidding documents from the EPADS portal.
