HEC Tender 03HECRE/2026-27 — Fencing Works at HEC Buildings (Kanaspur, Ayubia)

The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable contractors for fencing works at HEC buildings (Kanaspur / Ayubia) under Tender No. 03HECRE/2026-27. Bidders must submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bid submission deadline is 28 July 2026 by 13:30; bids will be publicly opened the same day at 14:00. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 in favor of Director General (Finance), HEC is required.

Key eligibility and submission requirements: active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, valid PEC registration, original bid security and affidavit of non-blacklisting/no pending litigation, and evidence of completion of at least one fencing/boundary wall project in the last five years.
