Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. Open public auction of designated hotel plots across Islamabad on 23rd and 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F‑9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 AM.
Important auction terms and benefits:
- 1‑year flexible payment plan with easy and convenient schedule.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount (subject to valid local bank guarantee for remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD for eligible payments.
- CDA to provide facilitation (utilities, road access) and to assist overseas investors; token issuance available at least one day before the auction. Payments may be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
