Virtual University of Pakistan Tender Notice — Electronics Lab Items & Network Firewalls (EPADS v2.0)

The Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be submitted online through https://epads.gov.pk; bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered. Interested firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Register and submit bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Tender documents are also available on the Virtual University website: https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders and on PPRA website.

- Bid Security (where applicable) must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS and the original Bid Security must be submitted physically along with one hard copy of the sealed bid to the Virtual University of Pakistan at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids requiring Bid Security submitted without the prescribed Bid Security will be rejected.

- The procurement process will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any stage.
