Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (Ministry of Housing & Works), Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation for best offer rates for placement of funds in scheduled banks (branches located in Islamabad) for 500 Million and above.
Eligibility and conditions:
- Interested banks located in Islamabad must have a minimum "A" and above PACRA/JCR-VIS credit rating.
- Foreign banks must hold requisite Moody's, Fitch and Standard & Poor's ratings.
- Banks must not have a "Rating Outlook - Negative" as per the State Bank of Pakistan credit ratings list.
- All envelopes must be clearly marked "QUOTATION BY BANK".
- Disfiguring, overwriting or fudging will render the bid rejected.
- Relevant Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the FGE Housing Authority and PPRA websites.
