Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar Tender Notice – Janitorial Services & Equipment Purchases (closing 2026-09-16)

Issuer: Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar. KMU invites sealed tenders from well-established parties/contractors/firms duly registered with KPRA (for S.No.1), Income Tax (who are on Active Taxpayers List for B&R & KPRA), Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission method: All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted except for the original bid security documents as specified below.

Key dates and times:

• Bid submission deadline (electronic): 2026-09-16 by 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: 2026-09-16 at 11:30 AM (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-07 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of KMU.

Bid security and format:

• Janitorial services: Bid security of Rs. 500,000 (as CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, KMU.
• Equipment packages: Bid security equal to 2% of the bid (as CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, KMU.
• Bid securities must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee, KMU, Hayatabad, Peshawar before opening of bids. Firms failing to submit original CDR at time of opening will be disqualified.

Other conditions:

• Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be used.
• KMU reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per KPPRA rules.
• Only bidders registered on E-PADS are eligible to participate.
