- Valid Certificate of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- List of permanent staff
- List of equipment, tools and IT gadgetries
- List of similar nature projects completed during last 5 years
- List of similar nature projects presently in hand
- Financial stability certificate issued by concerned bank
- Tax registration with FBR and relevant authorities; firm must have filer status
- Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private department
- Copy of bank statement issued by relevant bank
Notes: Firms must be registered with PEC and FBR (filer). Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at the stated time and date.
