Invitation for Bids — Construction of Pre‑Engineered Industrial Hub at Daanish University, Islamabad

Issuer: Daanish University Trust (Daanish University), Islamabad.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed financial bids from prequalified construction firms for the construction of an Industrial Hub comprising predominantly Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) works at Daanish University, Islamabad.

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Participation restricted to construction firms already prequalified/enlisted with Daanish University Trust having C‑3 or above with the relevant specialization code(s) applicable to the proposed works, including BC01 – Prefabricated Buildings and Steel‑Framed Buildings / Industrial Plants.
• Firms must maintain valid PEC registration and all other applicable statutory registrations and clearances at time of bidding and throughout execution.
• Firms must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience and resources required for construction of predominantly steel‑structured Pre‑Engineered Building.

Application / Bid Submission:

• Bidding documents (scope of work, specifications, drawings, BOQs and related details) are available on the PPRA website and Daanish University website, and may be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Daanish University Trust, Room No. 227, D‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad during office hours.
• Complete financial bids, prepared in accordance with the bidding documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 2024-09-24 at 02:00 PM to the address given above.
• The sealed envelope must be clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB – DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD." Late bids will not be entertained.
• Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Daanish University Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
