Federal Government Organization Headquarters (FGO HQRS) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of toners for computer printers for FY 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.
