Daanish University Invitation for Bids — Construction of Pre‑Engineered Industrial Hub, Islamabad

Issuer: Secretary, Daanish University Trust (Daanish University).

Purpose: Invitation for financial bids from prequalified construction firms for the construction of a Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) for an Industry Hub at Daanish University, Islamabad.

Eligibility and key requirements:

- Participation is restricted to construction firms already prequalified/enlisted with Daanish University Trust holding PEC category/class C‑3 or above with relevant specialization codes applicable to the proposed works (including prefabricated/steel framed buildings or industrial plants where applicable).

- Bidders must maintain valid PEC registration and all other statutory registrations and clearances required for the bid and throughout project execution.

- Bidders must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience and resources for construction of predominantly steel‑structured Pre‑Engineered Buildings.

- Bidding documents, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and related details are available on the procuring authority/PPRA portal and may be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Daanish University Trust.

- Financial bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB — DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD."
