Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites electronic bids from eligible FBR-registered firms/companies for hiring a firm to outsource HR support services. Procurement will be carried out through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique.
