QESCO E‑Bid: Supply of 50 kVA Distribution Transformers for Quetta

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites e‑bids from registered manufacturers/suppliers for the supply of distribution transformers for QESCO Regional Stores, Quetta. Only online bids submitted via the E‑Paks Acquisition & Disposal System (EPAPS) 2.0 portal are acceptable. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, an active filer on FBR ATL, and meet the required category/qualification as per PPRA/PEPCO/DISCO/NTDC requirements.

How to apply: Submit electronic bids through EPAPS 2.0 (https://www.epaps.gov.pk) following PPRA procedures. Original instruments (e.g., bid security/bank guarantee) where required must reach the Manager (Material Management), QESCO Quetta by the scheduled date and time as stated in the tender documents.

Important conditions: Only e‑bids will be accepted. Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage One Envelope" basis. Bidders must provide the bid security and other documents as specified in the standard bidding documents. Conditional, partial, incomplete bids or bids without required original bank guarantees will be rejected. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
