GEPCO Invitation for E‑Bids: 145kV Line CTs & 145kV Voltage Transformers (PTs)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) PMU invites electronic bids from registered/prequalified firms for supply of 145kV Line Current Transformers (CTs) and 145kV Voltage Transformers / PTs. Bids will be submitted and opened through the e-procurement portal. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used and bidders must provide required bid security.

Key Dates & Submission
Bid opening date and time: 2026-10-07 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit electronic bids via the EPADS e-procurement portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk) before the opening time.

Eligibility & Conditions

• Funds for the procurement are reserved for FY 2026–27.
• Bidders must be registered/prequalified with DISCOs/NGC/WAPDA/GENCOs/PPMC and on the EPADS portal.
• Bid security must accompany bids in acceptable forms (e.g., CDR, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit) as specified in bidding documents.
• Bid validity: bids must remain valid for 150 days; bids not meeting bid security or other mandatory requirements will be rejected as non-responsive.
• Bidders must upload technical and financial bids on EPADS v2.0 as per instructions; the Single Stage–Two Envelope method will be followed.
• Bid prices must include applicable GST and other taxes where required; bidder is responsible to enter GST on EPADS.
• Bid opening will be conducted online on the stated date/time; late submissions will not be accepted.
