The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP), Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified digital and social media agencies to provide nationwide public awareness and ensure compliance for the Power Subsidy Reform – National Communication Campaign.

Scope & Purpose: Consultancy services for a Digital & Social Media Solutions Firm to design and implement digital communications and paid social/digital campaigns that drive public awareness and support nationwide compliance with the Power Subsidy Reform campaign.

Key Selection Requirements
Minimum 5 years of continuous successful experience in digital marketing/communications. At least 3 similar assignments completed. Minimum 2 large-scale paid digital/social campaigns for a federal/provincial government entity, state-owned enterprise, or private sector client; at least one campaign must be nationwide. Demonstrable team capacity, local staff, and ability to reach low‑income or underserved populations with measurable results.
