Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad. Sealed electronic bids are invited for procurement of listed items for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders: well-reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents are free to download from Punjab e-Procurement (http://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended) on a single-stage two-envelope basis. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.

Key submission requirements: bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) on the specified date and time for each tender. Bid security (refundable) equal to 1% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically against PSID generated through http://epp.punjab.gov.pk. The Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for bid preparation or electronic submission. All receiving, opening and awarding procedures will follow PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement rules.
