District Council Chakwal Tender Notice – Multiple Road & Civil Works (Deadline 2026-09-29)

Office of the District Council Chakwal invites bids through the E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026: 01-07-2026 to 31-12-2026). Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost via the E-Procurement portal.

Key instructions: bids must be submitted via the E-Procurement System by the stated closing date/time and will be opened online in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of District Council Chakwal. Bid security must also be submitted on the e-platform by the bid closing time. If the lowest bid is within 5% or less of the estimated cost, an additional 10% performance security will be required as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. Incomplete, ambiguous, unsigned, corrupted, virus-infected or forged submissions will be rejected and may lead to disqualification/blacklisting. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
