Re-Tender Notice — Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan (Islamabad)

Issuer: Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Sealed re-tenders are invited from firms/authorized dealers having proper shops and telephone facility, duly registered with sales tax and bearing valid vendor numbers/NTN and having a Sales/Service Center in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for supply of machinery/equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixture/items and tyres for the financial year 2026-2027.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 and can be downloaded from the Ministry and PPRA websites. Firms must submit bids on the prescribed forms and provide bid security as detailed below. Bid security must be in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer / Section Officer (Cash & Accounts), Ministry of Interior. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be released within a fortnight; the successful bidder's security will be retained until after 2027-06-30.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN).
• Firms must maintain an active Sales/Service Center in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for supply and after-sales support.
• Only original documents/certificates and required earnest money will be accepted; incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
• Rates quoted must be for original/genuine brands; standard items only — defective/suppliers in default will be blacklisted per PPRA rules.
• Tender documents must accompany firm registration certificates, NTN, sales tax registration certificate, vendor number, and bank account details.

• Last date/time for receipt of sealed tenders: 2026-09-28 (by 11:00 hours).
• Opening of bids: 2026-09-28 at 11:30 hours in the Committee Room, 'S' Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
