Walk-in Registration of Bidders – Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi (LPDD & LPO for Medicines, Surgical & Disposables)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi invites walk-in registration of bidders for local purchase on day-to-day basis (LPDD) and limited purchase through quotations (LPO) for Medicine, Surgical & Disposables.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Location eligibility: Pharmacy must be within a 10 KM radius of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi (applies to LPDD vendors).

- Interested vendors must submit a written application on company/firm letterhead to the Purchase Cell, Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi.

- Required submissions: copy of CNIC and payment of tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).

- Bid Security: bidders are required to furnish a Bid Security of Rs. 5,000 in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

- Bidding documents containing terms & conditions must be submitted at the time of interview. Only bids accompanied by the required Performance Guarantee will be accepted. All decisions will be made under PPRA Rules (amended).
